David Arsenault - Owner / President

In 2007, David purchased the Thornhill Thunderbirds franchise and operated as the Villanova Knights for 4 years.  In April 2011 the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) Board of Directors approved the Knights' request for relocation to Orangeville.  The team was based in Orangeville until moving to Brampton and becoming the Brampton Admirals in 2018, where they joined their Junior B affiliate at Memorial Arena, and then becoming the Caledon Admirals in 2021, where the Junior A, B and C teams now all play at Mayfield Arena.

In the fall of 2009, Mr. Arsenault took over the defunct Owen Sound Greys Junior B hockey team and joined the Greater Ontario Junior B Hockey League (GOJHL) in September of 2010 and based the team in Brampton as the Brampton Bombers. The purpose was to create a vertical affiliation to move players from Junior B to Junior A.

The entire affiliation was completed in May 2010, when Mr. Arsenault purchased the Fergus Devils Junior C team, playing out of the Georgian Bay Mid Ontario Hockey League (GMOHL) until 2016, when circumstances made it necessary to cease operations.

In May 2019, Mr. Arsenault acquired the Caledon Golden Hawks Junior C team of the Provincial Junior Hockey League (PJHL), which continued to play at the Caledon East Area until all three junior teams moved to Caledon’s Mayfield Arena in 2021.

Together, the vertical affiliation is complete, allowing for complete movement through the system from Junior C to Junior A. There is no system set up like this in Ontario, which allows our organization to monitor the movement of our players through all 3 junior levels.

Since then, AHG has acquired the Crusaders Sr. Men's AAA team of the Allan Cup Hockey (ACH) league.

David is now also President of the Humberview Huskies A and AA Association of the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL).

Robin Inscoe - Director of Player Personnel

Robin Inscoe re-joined the Arsenault Hockey Group team in August 2019 after taking a few years away from the game.

Inscoe is no stranger to AHG, having been involved at the ground level during the organization’s inception. He has returned to AHG as its Director of Player Personnel, responsible for overseeing the recruiting and development of players within all branches of the organization.

AHG currently encompasses three different divisions in the Ontario Hockey Association – with teams in the junior A, junior B and junior C classifications, along with the recently acquired AHG Academy, a youth spring/summer program.

Inscoe is familiar with all three junior divisions and has been a General Manager at each, including stints with the Acton Sabres and Woodstock Navy Vets Jr. C, Orangeville Crushers Jr. B and Georgetown Raiders Jr. A, where the team enjoyed a successful run, culminating in Georgetown’s trip to the Royal Bank Cup in Weyburn, Saskatchewan in 2005. He has also worked in an executive capacity with the Brampton Capitals, Villanova Knights, Orangeville Flyers, Owen Sound Greys and Fergus Devils, the latter four as part of the AHG umbrella.

Robin looks forward to working with the young players within the organization to help them realize their dreams and goals. He can be reached at 416-846-1383 or by email at Robin@AHGHockey.com.

Shannon Blakeley - Senior Director of Business Operations

Shannon has been with AHG since 2013 overseeing game day operations and events for the Brampton Bombers Jr. B Hockey Club and in April 2018, with the move of the Orangeville Flyers to Brampton as the Brampton Admirals Jr. A, she has managed game day and events for both the Jr. B and Jr. A clubs.

With the addition of the Golden Hawks Jr. C Hockey Club to the AHG family, Shannon now oversees business operations for all three teams, with all non-hockey staff reporting to her.

AHG is pleased to have Shannon managing everything at the rink as we strive to become the best franchises in the OJHL, GOJHL and PJHL, the junior hockey leagues of the Ontario Hockey Association (OHA).
